Ambassador Program Impact Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to turn powerful personal stories into meaningful advocacy, community engagement, and lasting social change. In this role, you will build relationships with storytellers, community leaders, advocacy organizations, and strategic partners to amplify voices impacted by the criminal legal system. You will connect films and storytelling initiatives with campaigns, events, and partnerships that inspire audiences to take action. Working across internal teams and external networks, you will develop opportunities that advance narrative change, criminal justice reform, and community empowerment. As a key contributor to the Ambassador Program, you will help shape engagement strategies, coordinate impactful initiatives, and strengthen collaboration across diverse stakeholders.
