AI Product Lead (Principal Product Manager)

The AI Product Lead will shape the future of agentic insurance shopping by building an innovative marketplace designed for AI agents to discover, evaluate, and purchase insurance on behalf of consumers. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for an emerging AI-powered platform, defining how agents access information, receive recommendations, and establish trust in the marketplace. Working closely with engineering and AI specialists, you will translate complex technical capabilities into reliable, measurable product experiences. You will lead experimentation, develop evaluation frameworks, and continuously improve agent performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
