You’re curious about how better systems and practical AI tools can strip out admin and make people’s processes work better.    About the role  As the Senior People Business Partner, you’ll be the senior People & Culture presence in our London office. Reporting to our Chief People Officer in AU and partnering closely with the UK General Manager, you’ll own the full breadth of the UK people agenda: employee relations, engagement, performance, culture and end-to-end recruitment. You’ll have the autonomy to lead the UK people plan, while staying closely connected to our global People & Culture team in Australia and contributing to global projects. You’ll also provide dotted-line leadership to our UK Talent Coordinator, setting the standard for quality hiring across London.
