Senior Freight Operations Executive

Location: Boon Lay, West Region Type: Full-Time Salary Range: $2,500 - $3,500 Availability: Immediate Start What You Will Be Doing Operational Management - Supervise and coordinate daily shipping operations to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods. - Plan and manage consolidation boxes for overseas shipments. - Arrange and coordinate deliveries and pickups with all relevant parties, including logistics and warehouse teams. Documentation & Compliance - Prepare and oversee accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Permits, and Certificates of Origin. - Handle and declare all types of import/export permits. - Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company protocols. Customer & Stakeholder Communication - Liaise with customers, co-loaders, and overseas agents for shipment arrangements and issue resolution. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipping vendors, carriers, and hauliers. Monitoring & Improvement - Use and oversee systems to monitor shipments, billing, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and prompt updates. - Identify opportunities to optimize shipping efficiency and reduce costs. - Resolve shipping, transportation, or documentation issues to maintain service standards. Other Duties - Provide support for ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by management.
