ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - ITAM

The Senior Software Engineer will lead the development, configuration, and support of enterprise ServiceNow solutions, with a particular focus on IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). This role combines hands-on technical expertise, advanced troubleshooting, platform optimization, and technical leadership to deliver reliable solutions for enterprise customers. You will work closely with stakeholders, end users, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable implementations aligned with ServiceNow best practices. The position also involves maintaining integrations, resolving complex platform issues, and supporting upgrades and deployment activities across multiple ServiceNow modules. As a senior member of a globally distributed team, you will help mentor engineers, improve development standards, and ensure high-quality delivery across complex professional services projects.
