Senior Manager, Engineering

We are seeking an experienced engineering leader to oversee cloud infrastructure, enterprise platforms, security, and production operations in a fully remote environment. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, strengthen operational excellence, and ensure critical technology platforms are secure, reliable, and scalable. You will guide the transition of outsourced engineering services to in-house ownership while building the processes, documentation, and delivery practices needed for long-term success. Working closely with IT leadership, architects, vendors, and business stakeholders, you will help modernize enterprise systems and accelerate the adoption of AI capabilities.
