Principal Feasibility Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Principal Feasibility Analyst to lead clinical trial feasibility strategies and support the successful delivery of complex clinical research programs, particularly in rare diseases. In this role, you will transform clinical, operational, site, and enrollment data into actionable insights that guide study planning and accelerate clinical trial execution. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess patient populations, evaluate site capabilities, forecast recruitment potential, and identify risks that could affect study timelines. Your expertise will help shape site selection, enrollment strategies, and critical operational decisions across multiple studies and therapeutic areas. You will also contribute to program-level feasibility planning, mentor junior colleagues, and promote best practices across the feasibility function.
