Lead Solutions Architect - SAP SuccessFactors HR

You will oversee end-to-end solutions spanning the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to compensation, learning, workforce planning, and employee management. Working across HR, Finance, IT, Payroll, Identity, and Analytics, you will ensure seamless integrations, reliable workforce data, and secure, scalable systems. This role combines strategic architectural leadership with hands-on guidance throughout implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
