Director of Membership

Join a collaborative association management team in a leadership role focused on strengthening membership engagement, recruitment, and retention for a professional nonprofit organization. As Director of Membership, you will oversee membership programs, optimize administrative processes, and ensure members receive accurate, timely, and responsive service throughout their membership journey. You will work closely with association leadership, committee representatives, and internal team members to implement strategic initiatives and improve the overall member experience. The role combines membership development, database management, financial administration, reporting, and operational process improvement. You will also help maintain membership technology systems, develop standard operating procedures, and support chapter relations and organizational meetings.
