As a Digital Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing digital customer experience solutions using Genesys Cloud CX. You will work at the intersection of technology, customer service, and business consulting to transform operational needs into scalable, efficient solutions. Your responsibilities will include configuring contact center platforms, developing omnichannel interaction flows, and building integrations with CRM, ITSM, and other enterprise systems.
