Senior Manager, Contingent Workforce & Travel

Zoox is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for the Contingent Workforce & Travel team. In this role you will lead and scale our contingent workforce and travel programs. This leader will drive operational excellence, process improvements, and strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and compliance. The role requires close partnership with Business Leaders, Recruiting, HR, Procurement, Finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless program execution. This individual will oversee a team of Program Managers, Recruiters, Specialists, and Coordinators, ensuring a smooth and effective contingent workforce program as Zoox expands across the US and globally. Lead and manage Zoox’s contingent workforce program, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and a positive experience for hiring managers.
