As AGM, you’re the right hand to the General Manager, leading daily operations, energizing the team, and driving sales while keeping the site running at its best. What You’ll Do: - Champion a high-energy sales culture and grow memberships - Run day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and staffing - Keep all areas (prep, lot, kiosk, tunnel) executing at a high standard - Coach team members to connect with customers and close sales - Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively - Uphold company policies and performance expectations - Spot and address basic mechanical or operational issues - Maintain a safe, OSHA-compliant environment What You Bring: - Strong leadership and communication skills - Sales experience with a customer-first mindset - Confidence making decisions in a fast-paced setting - Ability to manage performance and hold teams accountable - Mechanical aptitude is a plus - Organized, adaptable, and detail-oriented - Able to lift 35+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoors Work Environment: Fast-paced, hands-on, and primarily outdoors. You’ll work in varying weather conditions around water, chemicals, and equipment. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and shift coverage is expected.
