Operations Administrator

We’re looking for an Operations Administrator to be field leadership’s right hand: someone who can juggle schedules, keep communication flowing, and solve problems before they slow anyone down. Your day-to-day - Schedule and dispatch crews and fleet across our local operations - Plan and coordinate daily work loads - Keep customers informed and set realistic expectations based on what our crews can deliver - Support leadership across all divisions with administrative work, inventory, and procurement - Partner with our HR team on administrative tasks - Track projects through to completion and keep everyone in the loop You’ll thrive here if you are - Bilingual in English and Spanish - preferred  - A clear, confident communicator, both in conversation and in writing - Experienced in logistics, dispatch, or scheduling, especially in landscaping or other fast-paced service work - Organized, dependable, and on time, every scheduled day - Accountable and solutions-minded, the person who finds a way - Flexible as our needs evolve, and excited to learn new skills Good to know This position is primarily on-site . Office hours are Monday through Friday, roughly 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
