Claritas Rx is seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support patients and healthcare partners with inquiries, information requests, and general assistance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a helpful attitude, and the ability to handle information accurately and professionally. Responsibilities - Respond to customer inquiries and provide helpful information. - Assist patients and healthcare partners with questions and requests. - Update customer records and maintain accurate information. - Help resolve basic issues and direct complex concerns to the appropriate department. - Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. - Work with team members to ensure quality customer support. Qualifications - Good written and verbal communication skills. - Basic computer skills and attention to detail. - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
