GlobalLink Change Manager
We are seeking an experienced GlobalLink Change Manager for a 6-month engagement with one of our clients to support ongoing implementation, user onboarding, and adoption of GlobalLink Enterprise (GLE).
Engagement Details
- Duration: 6 months
- Commitment: 40 hours per week
- Location: UK or US East Coast preferred
- Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities
- Drive user adoption and support the onboarding of business users.
- Coordinate implementation activities between the client, technology provider, and implementation partner.
- Provide technical guidance and support for GlobalLink Enterprise (GLE).
- Develop user engagement strategies and help ensure a smooth transition to new processes.
- Act as the key point of contact for GlobalLink-related queries, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with GlobalLink Enterprise (GLE).
- Experience in change management, user onboarding, and technology adoption.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and organizations.
