YOGA INSTRUCTOR - RESTON, VA

Yoga Instructor -  RESTON, VIRGINIA Svetness Corp is a nationwide  in-home personal training company that makes exercising convenient, accessible and exciting. We  provide group fitness classes to luxury apartment buildings  to our clients nationwide. This position is for teaching Yoga at a luxury apartment building in downtown Reston, VA on Freedom Drive. Class will be held every Monday from 6 - 7 pm. Yoga Instructor Responsibilities: - Guide students in Yoga through a variety of postures and breathing exercises. - Provide direction to make sure students are performing movement properly - Lead Classes: Design and deliver well-paced yoga sequences tailored to mixed experience levels. - Demonstrate Techniques: Clearly model asanas (postures) and breathing patterns from the front of the room. - Provide Modifications: Offer safe adjustments, props, and easier or harder variations for beginners, seniors, or injured participants. - Ensure Safety: Monitor room temperature, floor safety, equipment readiness, and participant form to prevent strain. - Foster Community: Create a welcoming, calm, and inclusive studio environment that encourages member retention. Yoga Instructor Qualifications/Skills: - Certificate of completion from 200-hour yoga teaching training - Excellent oral communication skills, professionalism and strong interpersonal skills - Ability to lead students for a maximum of 1 hour at a time - Class must start promptly on time - Free Parking
