About the role

SAPGo-to-MarketSupply Chain
TL;DR You know how to walk into an enterprise, spot the pain points in its ERP processes, and see what good could look like. At Conduct you turn that into a game changing moment: you show leadership, with confidence, how Conduct will transform the way they run SAP. You own optimising the delivery of transformation projects with Conduct, from the first use case to adoption across the business. You build the trust that turns a pilot into a long-term partnership, and the product insights you bring back directly shape what we build next. WHY CONDUCT The world's largest companies should move at the speed of their ideas, not the speed of the systems they run on. Today they don't, and you've seen why firsthand. Every new product line, pricing change or process redesign runs into SAP estates layered with decades of custom code, user exits and enhancements no single person fully understands. Requirements take months to ship. S/4HANA migrations cost $100M+ and years of pain, and the 2027 ECC deadline is forcing every large enterprise to face it. We're building the AI operating system that absorbs this complexity and gives enterprises back their speed. Major enterprises already trust us with their most critical systems. We've closed game-changing SI partnerships, just raised a $60M Series A, and demand is outpacing what we can service. We're a small, talent-dense team doing our life's work out of London and NYC. Extreme ownership, high velocity, low-ego collaboration. What you build here shapes the company and how the world's largest companies operate. We sponsor visas and are convinced diverse teams build better products, so we especially encourage underrepresented groups in tech to reach out. WHAT YOU'LL OWN You will make sure Conduct lands and sticks inside our most strategic SAP customers. You join accounts early, shape how Conduct fits into their transformation programmes, and fully take over post-sale. You'll have a direct line from what you see in the field to what ships in the product. - Be the SAP brain in the room. Translate between CIOs, process owners, Basis teams and our engineers. Scope use cases across finance, supply chain, procurement and sales that land real value fast. - Design the transformation. Get under the skin of complex, heavily customised ECC and S/4HANA landscapes. Conceptualise where Conduct can have the biggest impact, then lead the deployment that gets the customer there. - Turn pilots into partnerships. Onboard hundreds of end users, prove ROI, spot expansion signals and hold the early commercial conversations that grow an account. - Shape the product. You'll have a direct line into product and engineering. Your view of how SAP actually runs in the real world will shape our roadmap. - Build the engine. Our GTM team is small and lean. You'll build the onboarding flows, tooling and reusable playbooks that let customer capacity compound without headcount growing linearly. - Work with our SI partners. You speak their language. Help partners deploy Conduct inside their own programmes. No two days look the same. You'll fly out to customers when it counts and spend the rest of the time building alongside the team. WHO WE HIRE We're looking for people obsessed with delivering for customers. You'll fit right in if former colleagues would, without hesitating, call you one of the sharpest people they've worked with. In practice that tends to look like: - 3+ years in SAP or ERP consulting, at a Big Four firm, a global SI or a specialist SAP partner. You've been on live implementations, rollouts or S/4HANA transformations, not just advisory. - Real depth in at least one area of SAP. Functional (FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, EWM), technical (ABAP, integration, BTP) or solution architecture. You understand how processes and custom code fit together across the landscape. - Client-facing confidence. You've run workshops, owned a workstream and earned the trust of senior stakeholders who were sceptical at first. - Commercial instinct. You notice the next problem worth solving, and you understand that a great deployment is how accounts grow. - Builder energy. You want to do the hands-on customer work and build the process behind it. Ambiguity excites you more than it worries you. - Curiosity about AI. You don't need to be an engineer. You do need to want to learn how it works and where it breaks. - Low ego, high self-awareness. You're comfortable saying "I don't know" in a complex technical room, then going and figuring it out. Don't tick every box? Apply anyway. We care more about trajectory and sharpness than a perfect match.
