VP/SVP, Finance

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a VP/SVP, Finance based in the United States. The VP/SVP, Finance will lead the full finance function for a growing enterprise B2B software business, overseeing financial planning and analysis, accounting, cash management, and strategic finance. Reporting directly to the CEO, this hands-on executive will shape financial strategy, guide investment decisions, and provide trusted insights to the executive team and board. The role combines strategic leadership with operational ownership, from financial modeling and forecasting to monthly close, revenue recognition, and liquidity management. A key priority is building predictable financial performance across subscription and usage-based revenue models while supporting sustainable growth and improving cash generation. The successful candidate will strengthen financial controls, optimize pricing and unit economics, and ensure the business is prepared for audits and future financing opportunities.
