Sr. Infrastructure Engineer - Deployment Team

The Sr. Infrastructure Engineer - Deployment Team will lead the deployment, operation, and support of a sophisticated software platform across diverse customer environments. This hands-on role spans the entire technical delivery lifecycle, from pre-sales infrastructure planning to production troubleshooting and ongoing customer support. You will collaborate closely with customers, sales teams, product engineers, and infrastructure specialists to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable deployments. The position involves working across cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped environments, including highly regulated and security-sensitive settings. You will leverage Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, networking, and identity management technologies to build repeatable deployment solutions and resolve complex technical challenges.
