Sr Compensation Partner

This role combines advanced compensation expertise, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to support competitive and equitable pay practices. You will guide annual compensation cycles, advise on salary and incentive decisions, and contribute to the evolution of compensation programs, tools, and processes. Working closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership, you will translate complex data into clear recommendations that support business objectives. You will also mentor junior team members, strengthen compensation governance, and drive continuous improvement across a geographically distributed organization.
