Senior Associate, Proposal Project Manager

Our partner is looking for a Senior Associate, Proposal Project Manager based in the United States. The Senior Associate, Proposal Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex proposals and client-facing submissions within a regulated benefits and insurance environment. This role oversees the full lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), due diligence questionnaires (DDQs), security questionnaires, and related business development initiatives. You will bring together cross-functional teams, establish project plans, manage critical deadlines, and ensure submissions meet quality, compliance, and governance standards. Working closely with proposal writers and business stakeholders, you will translate requirements into actionable plans and keep projects moving forward through clear communication and proactive risk management. The position requires independent judgment, strong organizational skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
