As Regional Executive Director, you will lead the development and implementation of programs and services across a multi-state region, ensuring that communities receive the support they need. You will oversee regional strategy, fundraising, grant management, and operational performance while building strong relationships with donors, community partners, public officials, and volunteers. Working closely with internal teams and regional advisory boards, you will expand access to essential services and strengthen community engagement. You will also lead and develop employees and volunteers, ensuring that programs are delivered effectively, responsibly, and in alignment with organizational objectives.
