Our partner is looking for a Consumer Loans FLHS Operations Coordinator based in the United States. We are seeking a detail-oriented Consumer Loans FLHS Operations Coordinator to support first-lien home equity line of credit (HELOC) lending products and operational processes. In this role, you will coordinate new product implementation, monitor performance, and help ensure lending activities align with established policies, risk standards, and operational controls. You will work closely with third-party loan origination partners, lenders, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding, consistent execution, and timely issue resolution. The position also involves maintaining operational procedures, supporting process improvements, and coordinating governance and remediation activities. By monitoring loan production and identifying trends, you will help strengthen operational efficiency, documentation accuracy, and overall lending performance.
