IT Order Management Leader

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IT Order Management Leader based in the United States. The IT Order Management Leader will oversee enterprise IT purchasing operations from initial expense requests and SAP shopping cart creation through purchase order processing, fulfillment, invoice tracking, and final closure. This role combines operational leadership, client relationship management, process governance, and automation to improve efficiency across the entire procure-to-pay lifecycle. You will lead daily operations, coordinate team workloads, monitor service performance, and resolve bottlenecks involving procurement, finance, suppliers, IT teams, and business stakeholders. A key priority will be reducing manual effort, shortening processing times, improving transaction accuracy, and ensuring compliance with approval policies and internal controls. You will also lead automation initiatives, establish performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis and workflow optimization.
