IOTA Senior Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an IOTA Senior Designer based in the United States. Take on a key role in transforming facility requirements into functional, accessible, and well-coordinated interior spaces for a federal healthcare facility project. As an IOTA Senior Designer, you will lead interior design, space planning, and furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) coordination to support facility outfitting and activation. You will collaborate with facility stakeholders, project managers, transition planners, and installation teams to translate operational needs into practical design and installation documentation. Your work will help ensure that room layouts, furniture selections, casework, signage, and equipment arrangements meet functional and accessibility requirements. This remote opportunity includes occasional travel to Martinsburg, West Virginia, and is contingent upon the award of the relevant contract. The role is ideal for an experienced, NCIDQ-certified design professional who can coordinate complex facility requirements and support successful project delivery.
