HRIS Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an HRIS Manager based in the United States. The HRIS Manager will lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of the organization’s human resources technology ecosystem. This remote leadership role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic planning to ensure HR systems remain secure, scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. You will oversee UKG Pro and related platforms, manage system integrations, strengthen data governance, and deliver workforce reporting that supports informed decision-making. Working closely with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business leaders, you will translate operational needs into effective technology solutions and streamlined processes. You will also lead and develop a high-performing HRIS team, oversee vendor relationships, and drive successful system implementations and enhancements.
