Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Our partner is looking for a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to drive financial performance, strategic planning, and data-informed decision-making in a growing retail environment. This highly visible role partners with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support growth, profitability, and operational efficiency. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis across functions including supply chain, technology, production, and corporate operations. By translating complex financial data into actionable insights, you will help identify risks, uncover opportunities, and guide strategic investments. The role also collaborates closely with Accounting to support monthly financial close activities and deliver accurate, timely reporting. As a trusted finance business partner, you will influence resource allocation, strengthen financial accountability, and support company-wide initiatives. You will also manage and develop a Senior Financial Analyst while contributing to continuous improvements in financial planning and reporting processes.
