Solutions Consultant - AI & Recruitment Technology

Career Now Brands is seeking an experienced and passionate Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role partners closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to help clients understand, adopt, and successfully launch AI-driven recruitment solutions. The role is a key communicator and facilitator between our customer’s own business goals and the teams at Career Now Brands that work to help achieve them, as such it will sit at the intersection of sales consultation, solution design, project management, and product strategy, reporting to the SVP of Product. You will work directly with prospective and existing clients to understand their recruitment workflows, identify opportunities to apply AI and automation, and guide the configuration and rollout of our AI capabilities. You will own KPIs that are key to the health of our business and which will span client satisfaction, usage, growth, and cost-to-serve. Over time, this role is expected to evolve into a Product Manager or Product Strategy position as our AI platform and client adoption mature.
