If you're excited about defining how the world governs identity in an AI-first future, we'd love to talk Role Summary: We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and drive the end-to-end design process for Zluri’s platform. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of user needs, strong UI/UX skills, and the ability to translate complex workflows into seamless designs. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end product design process, from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping. - Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to enhance product usability. - Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and interaction guidelines for consistency across the platform. - Create engaging visual designs, animations, and micro-interactions that enhance the user experience. - Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation. - Advocate for user-centred design principles and accessibility standards. - Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on design goals and priorities. Qualification and Experience Experience: 4-7 years of experience in UI/UX design for SaaS products or enterprise applications. Key Skills: - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Proven experience designing SaaS or enterprise products with a strong portfolio showcasing your work. - Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design process, including user interviews, prototype discovery, design theory applications, interactive design, and showcasing mastery in design thinking. - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, InVision). - Experience with design systems, component libraries, and responsive design. - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts (not mandatory but a plus). - Experience working in agile teams and fast-paced product environments Perks and Benefits: - Health First - Health insurance, mental health sessions and unlimited sick leaves. - ESOPS - At Zluri, you are a partner not an employee - our ESOP program is open for all. - Rewards and Recognition - We have a solid rewards and recognition program in place. - Team outings and getaways - We believe in the importance of a pause and have monthly team - outings and quarterly getaways.
