At SmartDev, we believe that great architecture and AI-first thinking are a competitive advantage — and we build our teams accordingly.  The company is at a pivotal point in our journey: transitioning from a pure IT outsourcing provider to an AI-enabled solutions partner.  We have over 200 talented employees working both on-site and remote/hybrid at locations: - Danang: 81 Quang Trung, Hai Chau 1 ward, Hai Chau District, Danang - Hanoi: Zodiac building, 19 Duy Tan Street, Dich Vong Hau ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi - Implement and maintain the testing framework including fixtures, test data setup, and reporting - Implement priority test flows, starting with admin and auxiliary functions Triage bugs and convert to regression tests with traceable origin and inventory - Work with DevOps to maintain CI/CD for testing including periodic and on-demand testing across tenant deployments and environments - Own quality of team contributions to test framework, including code reviews and documentation of the framework and contributing standards - Participate in developer ceremonies such as daily check-ins and ad-hoc technical discussions Must Have - 5+ years of experience designing and implementing test automation frameworks for web applications - At least 1-2 years with Playwright (using TypeScript) or a comparable modern framework - Experience running automated tests across multiple browsers and viewports (Chromium, Firefox, WebKit), and diagnosing browser-specific failures - Hands-on experience setting up and maintaining test case management - Experience running automated tests in CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket Pipelines or equivalent) - Experience creating self-sufficient tests that create their own data through APIs, database seeding utilities, or the UINice to Have - Experience with non-functional testing, including load testing, automated security testing, accessibility testing - Experience working in regulated environments (e.g. bank, government, fintech) - Experience using AI-assisted test generation and failure triage - Experience coaching other QAs and developers in contributing to automation code - Experience testing both JavaScript framework frontends (React, Next.js) and server-rendered applications - International working environment with AI-driven strategic direction. - 20 days of annual leave – Hybrid working mode. - Premium healthcare package with BIC and comprehensive annual health check-ups - Competitive salary & 13th salary bonus - Lunch allowance to fuel your productivity. - Engaging company culture with fun activities - Global collaboration – Work with both Vietnamese and international colleagues.
