The Role Legend is hiring an AI & Automation Lead, reporting directly to our COO You will own how Legend's key operational teams use AI day to day, including Finance, Legal, Business Ops, People and Talent. You'll work with local stakeholders to find the opportunities, then build and run the agents and automations that give people capacity back. You'll also coach teams to build simple wins for themselves. For larger builds you'll work alongside Engineering, who are close at hand, and you'll stay the business owner. This is an business led operator role. You'll be judged on hours released, how reliably your agents run, and what the business does with the time you free up.
