Are you a service-minded person with a strong sense of hospitality who loves creating great experiences for guests? We are looking for an enthusiastic Host who always goes the extra mile. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING - You are the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check-ins, check-outs and questions. - You share recommendations and offer to make reservations. - You take calls and handle room reservation requests. - You help guests with luggage and ensure a warm farewell. - You support the breakfast service and assist in the lobby when needed. - You maintain a clean and welcoming environment Who are we? Savoy Hotel Rotterdam is part of Leonardo Hotels and was completely renovated in April 2019. The hotel now offers 95 luxurious hotel rooms and a cool Piet le Blanc Suite where you can play games, watch movies or listen to music. The lobby has a cozy open space where you can go for breakfast, lunch, drink coffee and in the evening get some work done or catch up with colleagues or friends over a drink or snack. As Leonardo Hotels Benelux, we are within the large Leonardo Hotels Group, responsible for all activities for the 28 hotels in the Netherlands and Belgium.
