ABOUT LEAP
Leap is one of the fastest-growing benefits solutions and a category-defining pioneer in employer specialty pharmacy. We are reshaping how life-changing therapies are delivered and financed, ensuring patients get the treatment they need while employers finally get a fair deal.
Specialty drugs and infusions represent nearly 10% of all healthcare spend and are the fastest-growing cost category for employers. Leap tackles this challenge with a novel approach: eliminating hidden markups, expanding access to high-quality infusion providers, and bringing clarity and fairness to how therapies are priced and paid for.
We’re proud to partner with numerous Fortune 500 companies and leading TPAs. Each patient we serve creates immediate ROI: lower costs, improved access, and better care. Join us as we redefine what’s possible in specialty care.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Leap Health is building the industry's only transparent infusion benefit. Its network includes specialty pharmacies, manufacturers, home nursing agencies, and ambulatory infusion centers through the Leap Transparency Network (LTN). As we sign new partners, each agreement needs a dedicated owner to get it live, keep it healthy, and grow it.
The Partner Success Manager is that owner. The role combines two responsibilities:
1. Account management: acting as the day-to-day relationship lead for a book of manufacturer and specialty pharmacy partners.
2. Implementation: running operations for every new contract Leap signs, from kickoff through go-live and steady state, including specialty pharmacy, manufacturer, and infusion center agreements.
This role suits someone who builds strong relationships and is just as comfortable owning the details: timelines, pricing loads, workflows, and follow-through that turn a signed agreement into a partnership that performs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
PARTNER ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned manufacturer and specialty pharmacy partners. Build trusted relationships at the operational and leadership levels.
- Run regular partner check-ins and quarterly business reviews covering referral volume, pricing position, service levels, and patient experience.
- Monitor partner performance against agreed standards and escalate issues quickly, including scheduling, communication, fulfillment, and invoice gaps. Drive each one to resolution with internal teams.
- Spot opportunities to grow each partnership, such as rebids, new therapeutic areas, added sites of care, or expanded product access. Bring them to the VP and SVP.
- Support manufacturer engagements with the materials, data, and follow-ups partners need. Coordinate with the analytics and pricing team so information shared externally is accurate and consistent.
CONTRACT IMPLEMENTATION & ONBOARDING
- Own the implementation plan for every newly signed agreement, whether specialty pharmacy, manufacturer, or infusion center. Turn contract terms into a launch checklist with owners, milestones, and go-live dates.
- Lead partner kickoff calls. Align Leap's clinical, operations, revenue cycle, and pricing teams with the partner's teams on workflows, contacts, and expectations.
- Coordinate pricing exhibit loads and updates in Pond, Leap's pricing system, and confirm rates match the executed agreement and any amendments.
- Make sure partners are trained on Leap's referral, prior authorization, white-bag, shipment, and billing workflows before their first patient.
- Track implementation status across all partners in flight. Report progress, risks, and blockers to leadership.
CONTRACT OPERATIONS & COMPLIANCE
- Maintain the master contract repository, including agreements, BAAs, DUAs, pricing exhibits, and amendments. Track effective dates, rate-lock periods, renewal windows, and key obligations.
- Partner with Legal to route redlines, track approvals, and make sure fully executed copies are filed and accessible.
- Monitor compliance with contracted service levels, quality requirements, and audit rights. Flag upcoming renewals, expiring terms, and unmet obligations.
- Work with Revenue Cycle Management and Finance to reconcile invoices against contracted pricing and fees, and resolve discrepancies with partners.
PROCESS & COMMUNICATION
- Build and maintain standard operating procedures for partner onboarding, issue escalation, pricing updates, and data requests.
- Keep the internal LTN and specialty pharmacy update channels current with new partners, site additions, pricing changes, and implementation milestones.
- Serve as the internal point of contact for partner questions from Clinical Operations, Care Guides, Finance, Legal, and Sales.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in partner success, account management, or partner operations in specialty pharmacy, home or alternate-site infusion, pharmaceutical manufacturing, PBM, or healthcare services
- Proven experience implementing or onboarding partners or accounts, managing multiple launches at once on firm timelines
- Strong relationship skills, with comfort working with partner leadership and front-line operations teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with experience managing contracts, pricing terms, or service-level obligations
- Experience working across clinical, operations, finance, and legal teams
BONUS POINTS FOR
- Knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations, buy-and-bill, white-bagging, or medical-benefit drug workflows
- Familiarity with AWP/WAC/ASP-based pricing, rate cards, or pharmacy invoicing and reconciliation
- Experience with BAAs, DUAs, or manufacturer and specialty pharmacy contracting structures
- Experience with a CRM, a project management tool, or pricing platforms such as Pond
- Prior experience at a specialty pharmacy, home infusion provider, ambulatory infusion center network, wholesaler, or manufacturer
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN THE FIRST YEAR
- Every new agreement has an implementation plan within two weeks of signing, and partners go live on schedule
- Assigned partners have a regular review cadence, documented performance tracking, and clear escalation paths
- Pricing in Pond matches every executed contract and amendment, and invoice discrepancies are resolved within agreed timeframes
- A single, current contract repository and onboarding SOP the whole team uses
