Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Branding
- Create and post engaging job advertisements on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Implement creative strategies to attract top talent and strengthen employer branding.
Data Management & Communication
- Maintain an up-to-date office contact directory.
- Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Share daily onboarding status updates with management.
Documentation & Tracking
- Organize and manage candidate documentation.
- Update submission and onboarding trackers on a daily basis.
Client Outreach
- Connect and engage with potential clients to develop and expand business relationships.
