Oil & Gas Recruiter

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Sourcing: - Source and mobilize blue-collar and white-collar candidates (technicians, operators, supervisors, engineers, etc.) for client requirements. - Build and maintain a strong network of agents, sub-agents, training institutes, and technical colleges across India. - Use job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, etc.), social media, and field visits to identify and attract candidates. - Conduct field visits and recruitment drives in different states as needed to ensure a continuous pipeline of skilled manpower. - Coordinate screening, interviews, trade tests, and selection of candidates as per client needs. Coordination & Operations: - Work closely with the internal HR and operations teams to ensure timely mobilization and placement of candidates. - Maintain an updated database of available candidates and recruitment partners by trade, skill, and location. - Help boost placement numbers through proactive sourcing and continuous follow-ups. - Ensure compliance with client requirements, documentation, and onboarding processes. Networking & Relationship Management: - Develop and manage relationships with placement agents, technical training centers, and industry networks. - Identify and onboard new sourcing partners in untapped regions to expand reach. - Maintain strong rapport with field recruiters and candidates to build long-term trust and reliability.
