Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Dynamics CRM Tech Lead/Architect with strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Online, Dataverse, Power Platform, integrations, solution architecture, and CRM deployments.
Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong functional understanding of CRM across various domains, especially Sales and Service modules.
- Deep expertise in Dataverse and Microsoft Power Platform.
- Strong experience with:
- Power Automate and Connectors
- Power Apps
- CRM Plugins and JavaScript
- CRM data modeling
- Workflow automation
- Experience designing and developing CRM integrations using various patterns, including:
- API-based integrations
- ETL
- Batch jobs
- App-based/ISV solutions
- Experience designing and executing large-scale CRM data migrations using tools such as Azure Data Factory, Synapse, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong knowledge of CRM Solutions, ALM, environment management, and deployments.
- Experience with OOB Reports, Dashboards, and Power BI.
- Knowledge of data platforms connected to CRM, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse.
- Experience with Copilot in D365/M365, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and development of agents/chatbots.
- Experience with requirements gathering, solution design, and technical documentation.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with development teams.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- D365 Certification: PL-600, PL-200, or AB-100.
- Knowledge of Azure components; AZ-900 certification preferred.
