About the role
Mechanical Engineering
Require qualified candidates with strong Oil & Gas experience, preferably with EPC and/or Shutdown & Turnaround (SD/TA) project experience.
- 12+ years of total experience in Cost Control / Cost Engineering.
- Strong Contractor-side experience specifically in Shutdown / Turnaround (SD/TA) projects — mandatory.
- Must have hands-on experience in mechanical shutdown/turnaround projects within Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / Refinery.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering — mandatory.
- Primavera P6 experience — mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cost monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, cost reporting, progress measurement, and variance analysis for SD/TA projects.
- Experience handling contractor/subcontractor costs, manpower, equipment, materials, and productivity costs.
Salary : Basic SAR 8000 - 14000
