Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily store operations and ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and procedures. - Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver excellent customer service and operational performance. - Ensure smooth shift execution by effectively allocating tasks and maintaining adequate staffing levels. - Monitor customer satisfaction, handle guest concerns professionally, and resolve operational issues promptly. - Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store presentation. - Support employee training, onboarding, and ongoing development to enhance team performance. - Assist with inventory management, stock control, ordering, and minimizing wastage. - Monitor sales performance, labor productivity, and operational costs to achieve business targets. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, food hygiene, and company regulations. - Prepare daily operational reports, including sales, inventory, cash handling, and staffing updates. - Support the implementation of promotions, marketing campaigns, and new product launches. - Coordinate with management to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across the store. 🔹 Benefits: ✔ Salary : KD 190 Basic + KD 20 Food allowance ✔ Accommodation & Transportation provided by the company.
