Senior Software Engineer, Fulfillment

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Fulfillment based in Canada. Join a backend engineering team building the critical infrastructure behind large-scale, real-time fulfillment operations. In this role, you will design and develop reliable, high-performance systems that coordinate order routing, task allocation, fulfillment tracking, and shopper compensation. You will tackle complex logistics challenges across consumer and enterprise marketplaces while improving the experience for customers, shoppers, and retail partners. Working in a collaborative, cross-functional environment, you will help shape technical direction, strengthen system reliability, and establish engineering best practices. You will also leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and mentor fellow engineers. This is a remote opportunity for candidates based in Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, or Nova Scotia.
