In this remote contract role, you will coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure smooth communication between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. You will play a key role in maintaining accurate recruitment data, optimizing hiring workflows, and keeping recruitment processes efficient in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Working primarily across the APAC and EMEA regions, you will collaborate with colleagues across multiple time zones using asynchronous communication and structured team processes.
