Consultor Dynamics 365 CRM

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Consultor Dynamics 365 CRM based in Brazil. As a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you will contribute to the development, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of CRM solutions within an international business environment. You will work closely with a global CRM team, translating business requirements into practical technical solutions that enhance processes and user experiences. This hands-on role covers custom development, workflow automation, system integrations, troubleshooting, and functional and technical analysis. You will leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related technologies to optimize business operations and support digital transformation initiatives. Collaborating with stakeholders across business, architecture, integration, and infrastructure teams, you will help ensure reliable, scalable, and high-quality CRM solutions. You will also participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to technical documentation, and support users and internal teams.
