About the role Ridwell is looking for a hands-on Operations Supervisor to help launch and establish our new facility in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Customers nationwide use our prepaid mail-in bags to send us hard-to-recycle materials, including plastics, wine corks, and more. Our team sorts everything that comes in and prepares it for transport to partners who recycle and reuse the materials. This role will initially focus on setting up and overseeing our mail-in operation, coordinating supplies and equipment, and implementing and refining operational processes to support an efficient, reliable workflow. The ideal candidate has experience in warehouse operations, fulfillment, or logistics, plus the organizational skills and initiative to own a new operation. As Ridwell's East Coast operations grow, this person will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and grow alongside the business. This is a full-time, onsite position at a warehouse facility in Harrisburg, PA, which Ridwell is working to secure. The role requires working on-site five days per week.
