About the role
Customer Support
 
Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate, competitive electrical estimates and bids.
- Research project costs and review project scope.
- Communicate with customers and negotiate pricing.
- Lead, train, and support the estimating team.
- Present estimates to senior management.
- Follow up on bids and forecast potential project awards.
- Coordinate with field operations on awarded projects.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of electrical estimating experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software (Accubid preferred).
- Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Hampstead, MD.
