Project Superintendent – Multifamily Construction

  We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on multifamily construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong wood-frame construction experience and can manage subcontractors, maintain schedules, and ensure jobsite safety and quality. Responsibilities: - Manage daily jobsite operations and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers. - Ensure work meets project schedules, plans, specifications, and safety standards. - Maintain daily reports, progress photos, inspection records, and project documentation. - Track RFIs, submittals, inspections, and schedule updates. - Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and quality concerns. - Lead jobsite meetings and communicate with project teams and stakeholders. - Maintain a safe, organized, and professional jobsite. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in multifamily construction. - Direct experience with wood-frame construction. - Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and schedules. - Strong leadership, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills. - Experience with construction reporting and project management software. - Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time project delivery. - Ability to navigate active construction sites, including uneven surfaces and stairs.
