Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about event planning and eager to gain hands-on experience in coordinating and managing a variety of events. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of events from initial planning stages through to completion.  Responsibilities: - Assist with the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate meetings, conferences, and social gatherings. - Support event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment rental, and transportation arrangements. - Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met. - Manage event registration and guest lists, ensuring accurate and timely records. - Prepare event materials, including signage, programs, and promotional items.
