Operations Assistant

An affiliate of Colossal is hiring an organized, task oriented, and personable Operations Assistant to support the Office Manager and help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our workplace. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating a well-run, welcoming environment and supporting teams in a variety of ways. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, restock, and organize merchandise - Collect and distribute packages and mail for the office - Act as a friendly and helpful resource for staff regarding office-related needs or concerns - Assist with vendor research, coordination, and relationship management - Help maintain a clean and orderly office environment - Work collaboratively with departments to support office-wide policies - Support the Operations team in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed Required Skills and Abilities: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize multiple projects - Customer service mindset, with an excellent work ethic and an optimistic attitude. - Strong emotional intelligence and passion for building relationships across all levels of an organization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Must be able to lift 25 lbs and sit or stand for extended periods - Successful candidates will be autonomous and will be able to handle highly confidential information with discretion - Proficient in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and Dropbox - Must be a US Citizen.
