About Leadhub
Leadhub is a full-service marketing agency specializing in helping home service companies dominate their local markets. We exist to help people grow so that we can win at life. We are agents of change with our clients’ best interests at heart. We combine high-level strategy with gritty execution to help our clients "make the phone ring" and win big.
The Role
The Sales Coordinator serves as the operational and administrative backbone of the sales department, freeing up the Director of Sales to focus on direct engagement with prospective clients during Discovery, Presentation, and Onboarding. After mastery is demonstrated with the operational and administrative tasks of the sales process, the Sales Coordinator may be utilized to run initial Discovery Calls to qualify prospects. The role will report to and work very closely with the Director of Sales.
Your core responsibilities include:
- Promptly engaging and qualifying inbound sales leads to deem them worthy of a booked Discovery Call with the Director of Sales.
- Preparing Discovery Call outlines, including information gathered from research (using AI tools as well as existing Leadhub resources).
- Keeping the Sales Pipeline (in HubSpot) and the data within it accurate and current with scheduled next steps for each Sales Opportunity.
- Utilize existing systems to convert the Discovery Call notes and meeting transcripts into a Sales Presentation in Google Slides, editing it for accuracy.
- Use AI tools as well as Leadhub’s resources to enhance Sales Presentation with market/industry/advertising platform-specific research and data.
- Reengage cold Sales Opportunities and schedule them to meet with the Director of Sales.
- Regarding closed Sales Opportunities, marrying information gathered pre-sale with information collected from the client post-sale to generate comprehensive onboarding information for the fulfillment team.
- Produce weekly reports on the Sales Pipeline and Sales Metrics.
- Sourcing new prospects and building prospecting lists.
- Building and maintaining automated sequences in HubSpot to engage new prospects and to reengage existing prospects.
- Promptly escalating issues (qualification, scope, pricing, research, etc) to the Director of Sales to ensure timelines are met.
