Events & Operations Specialist

About the Role   We're looking for an Events & Operations Specialist to help plan and execute Zilliz's marketing and community events, while also supporting selected internal operations.   You'll work closely with our Marketing, Sales, and Developer Relations teams to coordinate everything from developer meetups and customer events to industry conferences and trade shows. This is a hands-on role that involves working with both internal teams and external partners to keep projects organized and events running smoothly.   We're looking for someone who's organized, dependable, and comfortable taking initiative. You should enjoy working with different people, solving problems as they come up, and finding ways to improve how things get done. Events will be your primary focus, with a smaller portion of the role dedicated to internal operational and administrative support.
