Open Positions: Lead Teacher Salary: $37,440 - $40,000 annually As a Lead Teacher, you will: ✅ Lead classroom instruction and daily activities ✅ Guide children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development ✅ Mentor Assistant Teachers ✅ Build strong relationships with families ✅ Create a structured, positive, and engaging classroom environment ✅ Ensure compliance with childcare regulations and school policies Ideal candidates have classroom leadership experience and a passion for early childhood education.
