Responsible for the continuous development and verification of compliance with global talent acquisition standards and processes - Develops talent acquisition tools and frameworks for global use in the company - Defines and implements processes, policies and standards for global recruiting, global employer branding processes - Manages global HR marketing and communication concepts and activities incl. social media - Designs, implements and manages global talent attraction, concepts and activities for new talents - Supports the selection process for filling key positions - Manages the applicant management system (templates, layouts, releases, training, etc.) and carries out system administration in coordination with IT - Supports key users for the applicant management system - Analyzes global trends, digitalization opportunities and benchmarking to ensure recruiting excellence and implements innovative best practices - Defines global approaches and rollouts of recruiting programs, policies, processes - Steers global programs and projects Level of Education: University Degree in relevent field Experience: Min 2 years of experience Languages: French and English Social Competences: Communication / Social and intercultural sensitivity / Change management / Target and result orientation / Motivation and resilience / Self-organisation / Conflict management / Teamwork Professional Competences: Adult Learning Theory / Blended Learning / E-learning concepts / Skills and competency modelling / Training management / Leadership development programmes     People of all genders are always meant equally; for linguistic simplification and better readability, only the masculine form is used in the text.
